The Importance of Community Service
The Jennings Junior High staff and JSD School Board members recognize the benefits of students participating in community service projects. Participation in these programs allow students to improve leadership skills, become an active member of the local community, develop a personal responsibility, and to become aware of possible careers as they learn the importance of “giving back” to the community.
